Bucharest, September 28th, 2004.
During Monday, September 27th, M.I.S.A.'s leadership, represented by Vicepresident Claudiu Trandafir, was in audience at the Military Prosecuting Magistracy, to Mr. Prosecutor Magistrate Colonel Ionel Slavoiu, in order to begin the penal investigation in the case of the gendarmes abuses during the illegal actions against the yoga school.

The Military Prosecuting Magistracy already took over the investigations started by the Control Body of the Ministry of Administration and Internal and were made the files 17/P/2004, respectively 18/P/2004.

The MISA yoga school is confident that the investigations will confirm the list of abuses against the yoga students and that the appropriate measures against those guilty of them will be taken.
